Braxton received a prayer quilt made by members of his Grandmother's church in South Dakota. Each tassel represents a prayer that has been offered for his healing.
Thank you, all!

On March 14, 2008, we received a phone call telling us that Braxton had cancer. This blog reflects the journey to recovery as our family walks beside Braxton.

Cool prayer quilt!
It was fun hanging out with you today. You'll have to practice set so we can have a rematch.
See you.

Hi Braxton!
That is a beautiful quilt your grandmother sent. Hope chemo is going well. I had lunch with Jennifer today and she is thinking about you.

Hey Braxton!
Today at school we had a hat day to raise money to help with your cancer. If you wanted to where a hat, you had to bring a dollar and you got a wrist band to prove it. (It was the same as the hat day we did last year to raise money for H2O.) Good luck on your next round of chemo! You're in my prayers.
